AirBench FN-L - HEPA Filters


AirBench FN-L is specified for extraction of very fine dusts in high grade environments. This range is provided with HEPA H12 grade filters and is designed for demanding applications including installation in cleanrooms and laboratories, optical, or clean packing area applications.

To support these higher grade applications, AirBench can be supplied with a stainless steel surface. A prefilter is provided to protect the fine HEPA filter; higher grades of HEPA filtration are available.

AirBench FN is a heavy duty downdraught bench, for extraction of dust and fumes from hazardous processes. FN is constructed from fully welded 2mm steel panels, powder coated grey as standard. The surface is constructed from 3mm perforated steel plate, also powder coated grey.

Filters are positively clamped against soft rubber seals; filters can be quickly accessed via the top for cleaning. Replacement is via removal of the front cover. Filter changes can be accomplished in minutes.

All units are supplied with an integral 240v fanset with IP56 motor enclosure; on/off switch (optional speed control); 3m mains lead; and fused plug. A precision filter pressure loss gauge is fitted as standard on all units to allow real-time monitoring of filter condition.

Performance, pricing, and filter selections are generally identical to comparable EX and FP models.

Main Filter H12 HEPA

  • Description: 80mm deep fine paper pleated panel
  • Construction: Galvanised steel frame. Fully bonded media.
  • Grade: H12 (100% effective at 0.1 micron)
  • Estimated life: 6-12 months dependant on level of use.
