AirBench EX-C - Dust With Some Sparks

AirBench EX-C is specified for extraction of dusts from applications which generate small quantities of sparks. Sample applications include sanding, grinding, deburring or dressing of welds. For production-grade applications with higher volume sparking, see our FPW-D, FPF-K, or FPT-D models. EX-C uses 3-stage filtration including ultra-low-cost disposable pre-filters to reduce overall running cost.

AirBench EX models are standard duty downdraft benches, constructed from robust anodised aluminium frame sections and plastic coated leathercloth grey steel outer panels, with galvanised steel inners. The surface is constructed from 3mm thick perforated steel, powder coated after fabrication with a smooth finish.

Filters are positively clamped against soft rubber seals; filters can be quickly accessed via the top for cleaning. Replacement is via removal of the front cover. Filter changes can be accomplished in minutes.

 AirBench EX - Standard Duty Downdraught Bench
AirBench EX has a knee-space built for occasional seated working. All units are supplied with an integral 240v fanset with IP56 motor enclosure; on/off switch (optional speed control); 3m mains lead; and fused plug. A precision filter pressure loss gauge is fitted as standard on all units to allow real-time monitoring of filter condition.

AirBench EX is suited to both light industrial applications, and office or laboratory applications where a high grade finish is required – for example laboratories, testing houses, electronics etc. It is suitable for surface loads up to 50kg. Performance and pricing is identical to comparable FP models.
