Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an enclosure?

Very rarely and generally only if you use air lines, for example to clean down tools.  To give a sense of proportion, 90% plus of AirBenches do not have an enclosure.  They are designed to work efficiently without them.

Do I need wheels?

Wheels are useful and are available on most models - but AirBench is easily moved on a pallet truck.
If you are only likely to move your AirBench on rare occasions, don't buy wheels.

Do I need a speed controller?

Only if you want to control noise levels or extraction rates.  Typically a speed controller is not needed in industrial level applications such as workshop sanding or fettling, but for finer work in quieter environments (powder dispensing, model making, or similar) it would be of benefit.

Does AirBench run on 110V?

Most models of AirBench can be supplied configured for 110V supply.
