Construction Detail
 
The heavy duty AirBench FPW and FPF ranges are constructed from fully welded 2mm steel panels, powder coated grey. The surface is constructed from 3mm thick perforated steel, powder coated after fabrication with a smooth finish. The available working surface is 1950 x 960, with actual ventilated area of 1200 x 600.

The main media filter is housed to the left of the working section and is positively clamped against soft rubber seals. It is accessed for servicing via a removable door.The two-stage prefilters are housed within the main body of the bench and are accessed for cleaning and changing via the top. Filter changes can be completed in minutes.

A filter pressure loss gauge is provided as standard to allow real-time monitoring of filter condition.Units are delivered in two sections and require bolting together with 4 bolts (supplied) prior to use.

All models are supplied complete with integral 240 volt fanset with IP56 motor enclosure, on/off switch, 3m mains lead and fused plug for rapid installation and setting to work.

AirBench FPW and FPF are robust and are well suited to continuous, production level use with surface loads up to 150 kg.
