AirBench FP-C - Dust With Some Sparks
| AirBench FP-C is specified for extraction of dusts from applications which generate small quantities of sparks. Sample applications include sanding, grinding, deburring or dressing of welds. For production-grade applications with higher volume sparking, see our FPW or FPT models. FP-C uses 3-stage filtration including ultra-low-cost disposable pre-filters to reduce overall running cost, and unique flame retardant final stage filters. |
| AirBench FP is a heavy duty downdraft bench, and is constructed from fully welded 2mm steel panels, powder coated grey. The surface is constructed from 3mm thick perforated steel, powder coated after fabrication with a smooth finish. Filters are positively clamped against soft rubber seals; filters can be quickly accessed via the top for cleaning. Replacement is also via removal of the surface. Filter changes can be accomplished in minutes. All units are supplied with an integral 240v fanset with IP56 motor enclosure; on/off switch (optional speed control); 3m mains lead; and fused plug. A precision filter pressure loss gauge is fitted as standard on all units to allow real-time monitoring of filter condition. AirBench FP is robust, and is designed for continuous, production level duty with surface loads up to 150kg. Performance and pricing is identical to comparable EX and FN models.
