| VertEx provides a new approach to the capture of dusts from large workpieces, taking WorkPoint's proven high-volume, low-velocity method and applying this to work which cannot be readily performed on a downdraught bench. |

| Air is drawn in across the whole front face of the extractor unit, providing a constant low-velocity, high volume flow region within which respirable dusts will be captured. Dust generated within this region is drawn in to the internal filters and captured; clean air is returned to the room.
Airflow is at a low velocity allowing comfortable working over long periods with minimal personal protective equipment; contaminant clouds are removed rapidly from the worker's breathing zone.
Multiple VertEx units can be located together, allowing for the quick and simple assembly and relocation of large working areas. Permanent side and top walls are available allowing rapid construction of a full environmental containment booth from one or more VertEx units. |
