Filter Configuration
AirBench EX-C is designed for extraction of dust from applications generating small quantities of sparks. Typical applications would involve working of ferrous materials including sanding, grinding, deburring or dressing. For production type applications with higher volume sparking, see our FPW-D, FPF-K, or FPT-D models. EX-C is supplied with ultra-low-cost disposable pre-filters to reduce overall running cost.

Construction detail
EX-C is based on our standard EX range, which is constructed from robust anodised aluminium frame sections, with plastic coated leathercloth grey steel outer panels. The surface is perforated 3mm thick steel, powder coated after fabrication. Dust or fume extraction filters are screwed down against soft rubber seals and are accessed for cleaning from the top; the front cover is removed to change filters. Cleaning or replacement of filters takes minutes. EX-C comes complete with a knee space to provide comfortable seated working conditions.
EX range AirBenches are of a high quality appearance and are suited for both lighter industrial applications and those where the environment demands a higher grade appearance - such as laboratories, testing houses, electronics manufacture.
