Filter Configuration
AirBench FPK-L is provided with HEPA H12 grade filters and is designed for demanding applications including installation in cleanrooms and laboratories, optical, or clean packing area applications. Our standard cleanroom build for FPK-L includes a stainless steel surface, easy-clean panels, and antibacterial coating. See our cleanroom page here for more details. Average HEPA filter life is 6-12 months depending on your application; prefilters are provided to protect your fine HEPA filter.

Construction detail
Presented as a desk, FPK-L is similar to our standard FP range, being constructed from welded, formed steel panels, powder coated grey after fabrication. FPK-L is 960mm deep as standard with the front 600mm being ventilated. The surface is purpose made 3mm thick steel with a perforated top also coated after fabrication. Dust or fume extraction filters are screwed down against soft rubber seals and are accessed for cleaning or removal from the top. Cleaning or replacement takes minutes.
The AirBench FPK range is designed to meet clients needs for efficient downdraught extraction whilst providing excellent working ergonomics, and is very well suited to precision working where sit down operation is desirable for operator comfort, for example on small components.
