Coronavirus – AirBench Update – 7th April

Posted on March 16th, 2020 | Categories News

Are we still open? Partially. We are open for sales calls and filter orders. We have small scale production for critical units including the manufacture of mist filtration units for ventilator production.

Are we still able to offer on-site visits and assessments? At this time, no. For any critical service requests, please contact us to discuss. However, we are aiming to keep our staff away from customers at this time to protect everyone concerned.

Can we offer any alternatives to site visits? Yes. We are happy to provide remote assessments and recommendations using video calling; if we are unable to confirm a recommendation remotely, we will discuss options with you. We are equipped for FaceTime, Facebook video calling, Zoom, WhatsApp, and (honestly) Houseparty.

Are lead times affected? Initially, no. We have a large stock-holding of spare parts and components, and some stock of new machines. We are holding stock of key products to ensure we can meet customer demand.

What about servicing? Unfortunately at this time our LEV testing is on hold. If you have an urgent servicing requirement, please contact us to discuss.

Who should I contact if I have any concerns? You can contact us via [email protected] or 01206 791191; alternatively email me directly – my details are below.

Thank you for working with us during some worrying times.
