Can I clean the filters?

Posted on January 3rd, 2018
Most dust filters can and should be cleaned. Fine filters and carbon filters cannot be cleaned, and should be replaced when full, damaged, or end-of-life. Disposable media pads used in certain configurations cannot be cleaned.
Generally the most effective method for cleaning our standard filters is with a vacuum cleaner by removing the surface. Our RP units include filters which are cleaned by reverse pulse air using an external air supply and are designed for high volumes of dust, although only suitable for certain applications.
All filters will need changing eventually – ask us about estimated filter life for your application.
